Touched By Tod Maffin

The sacrifices of a typical nerd.

Here are the items Tod has for sale ...

LOGIC EXPRESS 8 — Brand New - $120

this has value

iLife ‘08 — MINT CONDITION! - $35

doesn't this come free when you get an Apple computer?

Aperture 1.0 - MINT CONDITION (Apple) - $80

Version 2 is $200, so pro photogs would like this, but not for amateurs. Which makes me wonder what Tod is doing with this program. Another free review copy, for a guy who takes fewer pics than me?

WORLD OF WARCRAFT - For Mac - $20

knock yourself out

WORLD OF WARCRAFT - For PC - $20

get a Mac!

Adobe Acrobat PROFESSIONAL 6 - $20

boring

Intuit WillExpert — Family Edition - $10

beyond boring unless you're retired

MOUNTAIN BIKE

MINT CONDITION: Trek 3700 mountain bike: ergonomic seat, quick-shifts

no doubt an expensive bike, and perfect for Vancouver. Best of all, memories of Tod's ass.

Cell phone: Sony Ericcson z520 Quad-Band with camera and Internet! - $40

he likes his iPhone more.

Wireless Phone System — vTech 5.8 ghz with answering machine - $35

he likes his iPhone more, and he's not selling that!

JACKASS 2 and Oceans 13 HD-DVD: $25 for both of $15 each

who would spend money on such a silly purchase. A guy with too much money and no brain.

XBOX 360 GAMES — Mint Condition

didn't he win this in a contest? He already had a game console, and he's not selling that!

LOST SEASONS 1, 2, AND 3: Mint Condition!! - $30 each box-set

couldn't wait to get them, and already couldn't care less about this show.

What's your problem?

Tod Maffin's version of absolute power.
I wrote a comment at a famous blog.
Tod didn't like it, and took the intial steps of legal action to have it removed.
He was successful.

It made me an unhappy camper.
And I happen to really like it here.
