You've implied inaccurately here that Epson has a relationship with me whereby if I criticize a competitor of theirs, I receive free goods from them.
This is not true and, in fact, defamatory.
I would appreciate a change to your headline. (I have never described HP as "nearly laughable" and your inability to provide a source/reference to any such statement proves the point.)
Further, the implication that I receive free products from tech companies for criticizing their competitors is defamatory in nature.
If you are unable to provide a source for this comment (which you won't be able to, because I never said it), I would ask that you make a correction to the headline and story, and provide a posting with an apology.
Two days have passed since I have asked you to make a correction. Within that time, you have continued to both post content and moderate comments.
In this inaccurate post, you have implied that I receive products from technology companies for saying bad things about their competitors.
THIS IS NOT TRUE and, based on your past pattern of distortions about me, I believe is part of your intention to deliberately interfere with my ability to earn an income as a technology journalist and consultant.
I would kindly, but urgently request that you change your headline and post this comment in the body of your original post.
Tod Maffin's version of absolute power. I wrote a comment at a famous blog. Tod didn't like it, and took the intial steps of legal action to have it removed. He was successful.
It made me an unhappy camper. And I happen to really like it here.

Allan,
Please provide a source or reference where I said that HP or its products were "nearly laughable."
You're very good at taking screenshot; if I said it, I'm sure you must have a screenshot of it.
No?
You don't have anything to show that I said that?
That's because I never did.
