I'm sure people at the CBC *READ* the blog, but your statement here that "The CBC reviews" the blog implies that CBC management pre-screens my content.

This is completely inaccurate.

In fact, as a journalist/columnist, editorial independence was one of the key conditions I insisted on in taking the editorship of the blog.

Your inaccurate claim implies that I'm willing to sacrifice my editorial independence to the CBC in exchange for money.
