What's your problem?
Tod Maffin's version of absolute power.
I wrote a comment at a famous blog.
Tod didn't like it, and took the intial steps of legal action to have it removed.
He was successful.
It made me an unhappy camper.
And I happen to really like it here.

What, interestingly, you fail to mention is that even though I was the founder, CEO, and President, I choose to take a salary LESS than:
-- our chief Tech officer
and even...
-- our Corporate Secretary
The Chief Technology Officer made $89k.
The secretary made $66k.
I made $24k.
You'll also notice, not even one page lower than where you quoted, that a took only about a third of the options my partners did.
Kind of seems different, when you actually quote the document you link to IN CONTEXT, eh Allan? :)
t
Oh, one more thing...
Where did you read I was President for only a month and a half?
That's simply untrue.
Sources please.
Wasn't it CEO for March and part of April?
I assume the short tenure is attributed to your intriguing breakdown at that time.
We both know that you really weren't of much worth to the company, and that it carried on without you for a full three years before there was simply no point in even pretending any more.
Didn't I read somewhere that at one point your salary at MindfulEye dwindled to $17,000? For the year, wasn't it?
Nope.
As I said, sources please.
(Hint: You're seeing only information when it was a public company. Allan, I know you're smarter than this...)
I'll give you this much, though, you're permitting comments without moderation.
:-)
Four days have passed, Alan, since you've claimed that I was paid $24,000 for only a 1.5 month's (months'?) of work.
Yet even though I've asked you to prove your inaccurate allegation that I was only President/CEO for a single month, you haven't provided any source.
I guess even YOU realize now that's because what you wrote was untrue.
